Cancellation Policy
We provide a confirmation call, text, or email 48 hours previous to your appointment time. If for some reason life gets in the way, and you are not able to make your appointment, then we do require you to give us a call 24 hours in advance. We have a very busy salon, so last-minute cancellations or no shows really affect our stylists. They are only here for a certain amount of hours each day, so a 1 to2 hour gap really impacts their earning potential. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service fee for repeat offenders.
Deposits & Payments
Most Hair Salons take or charge credit cards in advance of services above $100.00 or more, and if you are a NO SHOW charge a certain percentage to your credit card, however here at RAD hair braiding salon we do not make such requirements so please be courteous.
